The Alabama high school football season is entering Week 9, and the USA Today Network team in Alabama has released its ranking of the top 25 teams across the state, spanning all classifications.

This ranking was compiled by the Gadsden Times’ Maxwell Donaldson and the Tuscaloosa News’ Anna Snyder. Points were assigned based on their votes, with 25 points for first place, 24 points for second, and so on.
