Based on statistics reported to MaxPreps, Terrell Brant of Zarephath Academy (Jacksonville, Fla.) currently tops the national leaderboard in high school football receiving yards.
Brant has accumulated an impressive 1,738 receiving yards this season, securing 64 receptions and scoring 23 touchdowns. He has achieved over 200 receiving yards in four separate games, including a standout performance on August 29, with 279 yards and four touchdowns.
In second place, Isaiah Wilson of Lima Senior (Lima, Ohio) has racked up 1,657 receiving yards. Wilson’s remarkable September included 32 receptions for 778 yards and 10 touchdowns across four games. His team, the Spartans, boasts a 9-1 record as they head into the playoffs this week.
Freshman standout Damarion Mays from Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, Texas) holds the top freshman spot with 1,252 receiving yards. Mays has topped 200 yards twice this season and already holds college offers from North Texas, Ole Miss, Texas Tech, and UNLV.
